Through a bespoke retainer agreement, I provide the high-level blueprint and the creative oversight required to ensure every piece is built flawlessly to spec, allowing you to lead from a place of regulated expansion and creative flow.

Collaborative Implementation

As your Business Strategy Partner, I take the lead on the high-level architecture of your empire. Once our strategy is fully aligned, I personally craft your Identity Mastery, your Marketing Direction, and your Brand Copy.

To ensure your nervous system stays regulated and the business remains sustainable, I work in tandem with your team (VA/Social Media Manager).
I provide the blueprints and the creative direction. They handle the technical backend and daily execution under my direct supervision.

    Based on a retainer agreement, I build the complete architecture of your business empire. From the high-level strategy that aligns with your business goals, to the personal crafting of your brand identity and marketing copy.

    From there, I provide the blueprints and directly supervise your execution team to ensure everything is built flawlessly to spec.

  • A retainer is a premium, ongoing partnership. Rather than paying by the hour or constantly scoping new projects, you secure dedicated, monthly access to my strategic brain and creative oversight.

    This ensures your business has consistent, high-level leadership and allows us to focus entirely on your expansion without the friction of administrative bottlenecks.

  • Because every visionary and their business needs are unique, my retainers are fully bespoke, tailored to the depth of the strategic and creative architecture required.

    However, they all centre on holistic integration: Business Strategy Alchemy, Identity Mastery, and Brand Copywriting. Crucially, every partnership includes my ongoing supervision of your implementation team (VAs, Social Media Managers), acting as the shield that protects your time, energy, and nervous system.

    Strategic retainer partnerships begin at £1,500 per month for the initial Foundation and Alignment phase, transitioning to bespoke long-term Advisory retainers from £1,000 per month for steady growth and sustained scaling.

  • True alchemy and sustainable growth cannot be rushed. My strategic retainer partnerships require a minimum commitment of 3 to 6 months, with many visionaries choosing to retain my oversight for 12 months or longer as they scale.

    For highly established businesses needing a swift, strategic pivot, I also offer intensive, short-term 1:1 Mentorships.

  • Not necessarily. If you already have a Virtual Assistant or Social Media Manager, I will seamlessly step in to provide their blueprints and creative direction.

    If you are currently operating solo, part of our initial strategy will be identifying exactly who you need to hire, and I will guide you in building that essential support structure.

  • This is not for beginners looking to launch their very first offer, nor is it for business owners seeking a Virtual Assistant to manage their website backend and inbox.

    My strategic retainers are exclusively reserved for established, high-calibre visionaries who already have traction and are ready to step out of the daily grind to scale a legacy brand.
